The Staff Availability Tools make scheduling your staff a breeze! By entering when staff are or aren’t available, planning which staff should be assigned to which gigs has never been easier!

We’re VERY excited to launch this huge upgrade to how you can book and plan your staff gigs!!!

  • See exactly which staff are available/unavailable AND what gigs staff are already booked into while you are adding staff to an event. Never double book your staff again!!
  • Set a default weekly recurring schedule of availability for each staff
  • Override any date’s availability with date-specific availability
  • Have your staff submit and maintain their own availability on an ongoing basis (limited to specific plans)
