⭐ Instantly send staff gig invitations via SMS
Instantly send SMS notifications to your staff when you add a new gig on their schedule. This SMS notification will also include a link to the gig within their Staff Portal so that they can quickly review and accept/decline the gig.

⭐ New email format options for Bulk Email Tool
With this update, when you use the Fast-Action Bulk Email Tool, you can now choose whether or not to include your branding and/or event details with the email

With this update, when you use the Invoice sending utility, you can now choose whether or not to include your branding and/or event details with the email

⭐ Shortcut to activate/deactivate Autopilot automations directly from Autopilot Schedule
With this update, you can activate/deactivate your Autopilot automations for any given event directly from the master list of automations due to schedule and/or skip.

⭐ Categorize your Standard Text templates by use-case
You can now keep your Standard Texts more organized by categorizing them based on their use case. The use-cases available for categorization are:
- Email to client
- Email to staff
- Email to me
- SMS to client
- SMS to staff
- SMS to me
Once categorized, your Standard Text dropdown lists will be automatically filtered to only show appropriate options when sending out messages. For example, if you are emailing your staff for a given event, only the ‘Email to staff’ templates will be presented as an option. This way you won’t be overwhelmed with a long list of inappropriate templates to choose from.
